Therapeutic Harmony Massage
This massage is catered towards clients with chronic pain, specific discomfort and recovery. We begin each session with a 5 to 10 minute body assessment and a in-depth conversation about your intake form. This ensures that your massage is tailored to your unique needs. *This massage can be performed with clients clothes on and at a seated position, if needed.

Gentle touch session
Created for those navigating mental disorders, trauma, sensory and/or sensitivity to touch and wants to take the extra step to feel safe, seen and heard. The session will start with a 15 minute personalized in-depth intake process, to accommodate the needs of the client. Personalized modalities and pressure are discussed before the session. Throughout the session, I will guide you through each step. From explaining every technique to seeking your consent for drape change. After the session is over, we will take roughly 5 to 10 minutes to talk about goals or any session experiences, you will like to discuss. *Breaks are welcomed during the service. A weighted blanket is provided. This session can be performed with clients clothes on.
