During your mental health journey it can be hard to find help. We made a list of Local and National Mental Health Organizations to help with your journey. In the list you will find organization that caters to your background, religion, sexual orientation, age and lifes circumstances. Each organization has different services and approaches for mental health. Such as Therapy Sessions, Podcast, Holistic Services and More.

****National Alliance of Mental Health (NAMI) - provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.
Local
The Radical Well-Being Center (Southfield, MI) - Mental, Spiritual and Physical Wellness services that caters to the Black, POC, Queer, people with disabilities and non-traditional relationships community. Therapist works from a social justice and harm reduction perspective.
The Women's Center of Southeastern Michigan (Ann Arbor) - The Women’s Center of Southeastern Michigan is dedicated to the economic and emotional self-determination of women, girls, and families. Women in crisis have access to low-cost help from a therapist, job coach, divorce specialist, family law attorney, or financial adviser.

Asian Mental Health Collective - To help raise awareness of the importance of mental health in the Asian Community.

YOUTH
Active Minds - Helping the community gain knowledge about mental health through conversation, education and advocacy. The group focuses on teens until mid 20's.
